For 25 years, I worked across global, U.S., and Canadian scientific and strategic roles, leading medical and scientific strategy, evidence generation and interpretation, portfolio and platform work, publications, scientific communication, and cross-functional alignment.

The throughline has been consistent: understand what the evidence and insight actually support, identify what matters when the answer is not obvious, and make complex thinking usable without overstating certainty.

After decades working with human research, I became increasingly interested in what happens when evidence moves beyond scientific and medical settings and into everyday life — where headlines, influencers, algorithms, technologies, workplace trends, and commercial claims can all sound persuasive.

That became the idea behind Beyond the Buzz: take a question people are already hearing about, look beyond the confident claim or compelling explanation, and ask what the strongest relevant evidence actually supports.

I do the research so you don’t have to — finding the relevant evidence, weighing its strength and limitations, making uncertainty clear, and translating the findings into a practical bottom line.

Beyond the Buzz applies that approach to specific health, technology, culture, and business questions. The Evidence Edit makes the research, references, and interpretation transparent.
